Navy Junior Wrestling Registration
STEP ONE
Purchase a USA Wrestling Athlete Membership
Every wrestler must have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership before registering for Navy Junior Wrestling. This annual membership allows wrestlers to participate in USA Wrestling-sanctioned practices and competitions and includes sports accident insurance coverage.
STEP TWO
Register on TeamSnap
Complete your registration through TeamSnap and fill out all required information, including emergency contacts, waivers, and payment.
TeamSnap is our primary communication platform throughout the season. Practice updates, schedule changes, tournament information, team announcements, and community events will all be shared through the app. We recommend downloading the TeamSnap mobile app and enabling notifications so you never miss an update.
STEP THREE
Order Your Wrestling Singlet
NEW! Singlets are NOT provided by NJW and must be ordered and purchased by families. NEW!
Singlets
A Navy Junior Wrestling singlet is required for all wrestlers who plan to compete in tournaments. If your wrestler is participating in practices only, a singlet is not required. Families have three singlet options:
OPTION 1 TIME SENSITIVE
2026–2027 Custom
RUDIS Navy Junior
Wrestling Singlet
Order your custom 2026–2027 Navy Junior Wrestling singlet through the RUDIS Team Store. Custom singlets require approximately six weeks for production and delivery.
Team Order Dates
September 15 - Estimated Delivery: November 1
October 1- Estimated Delivery: November 15
OPTION 2
RUDIS U.S. Navy
Singlet - Stock
Purchase an official RUDIS U.S. Navy Singlet directly from the RUDIS website. This is a standard retail singlet and is a great option if you need one quickly.
OPTION 3
Prior Season
Navy Junior Wrestling Singlet
If your wrestler already has a Navy Junior Wrestling singlet from a previous season that still fits, there is no need to purchase a new one.
Get Base Access DBIDS Card
Families who do not already have access to the U.S. Naval Academy (such as through a military ID or DOD credential) will need to obtain a DBIDS Card to drive and park on the campus for practices. While pedestrian access through Gate 1 may be available during public visiting hours, those hours are limited and may not align with practice schedules. A DBIDS Card is the most reliable way to access the Academy throughout the season.
Step by Step Instructions
- Download and print the DBIDS form.
- Complete all required fields.
- Sign the form in wet ink - electronic signatures are not accepted.
- Return the completed original form to Coach Casey, Coach Mike or Sarah Dunphy during preseason or the first weeks of practice.
- Navy Junior Wrestling will coordinate submission. Wait for confirmation that your DBIDS credential has been approved. (Typically 2 Weeks)
- Once approved, pick up your DBIDS card at the Gate 1 Security Office/Visitor Center, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Please bring two forms of identification.
